Instructions for exhibitors

On this page, we have compiled the most important general guidelines for the design and construction of exhibition stands. We are happy to help you with any questions your company has regarding the event!

Venues of different sizes are available at the fair. Requirements for places depend on the type of booth.

General guidelines

  • The venue is the event space Werstas in Lahti. The exhibitor undertakes to keep their stand open throughout the duration of the event: Sat 29.3.2025 at 10-18. The compartment must not be dismantled before the end of the event.
  • Booths should be built and product presentations implemented in such a way that it does not disturb others.
  • The exhibitor must take care of the production of construction waste, packaging, etc. transporting rubbish from its stand and adjacent corridors to bins designated by the organiser of the event. 
  • Property in the event area must not be damaged and the exhibitor is liable for any damage caused. 
  • Materials used for fastening should be removed from surfaces.
  • The use of candles and other open flames in the event is prohibited.
  • Pressurized diving bottles in the event, must be fastened in such a way that they cannot cause a hazardous situation.
  • Electricity is available at the booth upon request at the ordering stage. The exhibitor is responsible for the electrical safety of the department’s equipment and connections.
  • The construction time of the booth is Fri 28.3.2025 at 15-21 and Sat 29.3.2025 at 07:30 – 09:30. The demolition time after the event is Sat 29.3.2025 at 18-19.
  • The location map of the booths will be built according to those who have registered. Wishes are taken into account with reservations, if this is possible with regard to the overall arrangements.
  • When coming to the event, you must register for the event information, from where the organizer will direct you to the booth.
  • Registration for the booths is binding. The fee will not be refunded if the exhibitor does not show up.

EXHIBITION STANDS

XS-booth (1m x 1m)

  • Aimed for exhibitors who do not have sales or demonstration products.
  • It is forbidden to bring sales and demonstration products.
  • You can bring a roll-up and a brochure stand. These should not go beyond the boundaries of
    the department. No furniture is allowed on site.
  • The location may be located on the sides or in between other booths.
  • The place may also be open in the dining room, so if you wish, you can limit the department
    with back wall.

S-booth (1,5m x 1m)

    • Aimed for exhibitors who do not have sales or demonstration products.
    • It is forbidden to bring sales and demonstration products.
    • You can bring a “bar table” with a diameter of max 60 cm, a roll-up and a brochure stand. These
      must not go beyond the boundaries of the compartment.
    • The place may also be open in the dining room, so if you wish, you can limit the department
      with back wall.

M-booth(3m x 3m)

    • The booth is allowed to have demonstration and sales products.
    • The booth must have a 3x3m popup tent with at least two sides open and one side closed (the
      organizer has the right to influence the places of closed walls).
    • A separate space is reserved for the roll-up on the side of the tent or against the wall of the
      tent.
    • Featured products must be within the booth, except for roll-ups.

M+-booth(4m x 3m)

    • The booth is allowed to have demonstration and sales products.
    • The booth must have a pop-up tent or back wall max 4m wide.
    • A separate space is reserved for the roll-up outside the tent.
    • Featured products must be within the booth, except for roll-ups.

L-booth (4,5m x 3m)

    • The booth is allowed to have demonstration and sales products.
    • The booth must have either a pop-up tent or a back wall.
    • A separate space is reserved for the roll-up on the side of the tent.
    • Featured products must be within the booth, except for roll-ups.

XL-booth(6m x 3m)

    • The booth is allowed to have demonstration and sales products.
    • The booth must have a popup tent or back wall.
    • A separate space is reserved for the roll-up on the side of the tent.
    • Featured products must be within the booth, except for roll-ups.
